What a hand-wound watch asks of you, and gives back

1–2 minutes

A hand-wound watch has no battery and no rotor: you wind it each morning, and it runs for a day and a half.

How to wind it

Turn the crown gently until you feel resistance, then stop. Never force it, and wind at the same time each day.

When to service it

Every five to seven years the oils need replacing. We regulate and test every watch we service before it goes back to you.
